XC team wrapped up their season in a big way today.
The girls ran first and came home with two PRs, a new school record and some movement on the Record Board. Khloe beat her previous school record with a 12:37.95 finishing in 19th place. Jolie now sits 5th on the record board with a time of 13:45.17 finishing 79th. Kennedy Roach ran a great race and placed 61st.
The boys team placed 15th. Dathan Custar is our 4A State Runner up.

Six Boomer softball players picked up honors this season as the 4A-3 All-District team was announced.
Kaleigh Mills earned the Pitcher of the year, Ella Howard was awarded All-District 2nd base, Bailey Nelson earned All-District Utility Player. Three Boomers received honorable mention seniors Lexi Mendell and Holly Wilson, and freshman Kaelyn Heckart.

Dathan and Khloe had the privilege to run at the Chile Pepper Meet held at Arkansas University. They also got to meet up and cheer on former Woodward runner, Brynn Custar, who is running for Murray State. This is one of the biggest Cross Country Races in the nation. Over 6500 runners from Collegiate to Junior high runners compete at this event.
Both Dathan and Khloe set PRs at this meet.
